ABOUT SERENDIPITY
​
Serendipity Early Learning Center is a quality preschool program for three, four and five-year-old children. Our school has been a part of the Reading community since 1987. It was established as the Mount Notre Dame Early Learning Center and located within Mount Notre Dame High School. When the high school needed more space, the preschool was relocated to Saints Peter & Paul Elementary School and renamed Serendipity Early Learning Center. In 2007 Serendipity again relocated due to the closing of Saints Peter & Paul Elementary School. Our current location is within Saint John United Church of Christ. Serendipity is a Christian based program and we do work closely with the community of St John Church, but the preschool is not affiliated with the church. Serendipity merely rents classroom space in the building. The center is licensed by the Ohio Department of Job & Family Services. Please refer to the license posted in the Butterfly classroom for the number and ages of children the center is licensed to serve.

​Our Staff
The teachers are the most important aspect of Serendipity. We are confident that our teachers are capable of being role models for our children and parents; that they will act in a professional manner at all times and that they will always be aware of their responsibilities to our preschoolers and their families.

Director - Heather Cox
About Heather: Heather graduated from Reading High School and later attended Northern Kentucky University. There she received her Bachelors of Science in Early Childhood Education in 2007. Heather currently resides in Reading with her husband and 5 children.

Morning Classes: 8:00am- 11:30am
Full Day Class: 8:00am - 2:30pm

Morning starts at 7 am
Afternoon starts at 2:30 - 3:45 pm
